This U8 was another special request. The customer said he has really big hands and needs a 34″ scale length guitar tuned E A D G C F A D. He does not want to tap just likes the clean sound and the size. So we did this U8 with a slightly higher string height than usual and he absolutely loves to play it. Hope he will try the “tapping thing” (how he called it) in near future, too. Anyway like all instruments leaving the workshop we gave it a try also with distortion and what should we say: “Does it djent?” “OH YES!!!”
