These days we rarely build the first model that Markus Reuter designed together with the amazing Ed Reynolds. It was time to build another one for a German customer. He asked for a padauk top. Usually we would say another guitar lacquered in red but this is the natural color of the wood with a high gloss finish. Looks so classy and it is completely handmade. As a body we have chosen paulownia which reduced the weight a lot.
We forgot about this sound of our very own pickups in combination with the 3-band eq electronics that have a sweepable mid-range. This is kind of the original touch Touch Guitars® sound you hear on so many records.
