It can’t get more custom as this guitar.
The customer asked for a lot of stuff. First of all she wanted a wild maple top, nothing seriously lined up in greyburst. The body is made out of korina but she asked if there is a chance to kind of puple-ize it. The result is just crazy.
Next up she asked for quarter tone frets. So much fun to play around with this oriental sounding addon.
We also discovered a way to control an arduino stuck to the guitar strap. She recommended the touchpad from https://bela.io/ so we integrated it into the top and made an extra TRRS output to grab the controls. Of course there is also all the Cycfi Reaseach Multichannel, spectra and tone block stuff going on.
We cannot wait to hear the first music this instrument will come up with.
